Team Leader / Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• To follow production schedule and achieve operational tagets
  
• Supervise, monitor and guide workpiece set up and operations
  
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
  
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
  
• Manage production flow to ensure that optimum output is maintained
  
• Take contingency actions as neccessary during the shift e.G. machine/tooling breakdown
  
• Plan overtime if neccessary to achieve job schedule
  
• Self-motivated with high qualities mindset and strong analytical mind
  

Education/Qualification

• Diploma, SIJIL Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) or relevant qualification.
  

Requirements:

• Preferably 2 years of manufacturing experiences, non aircon environment.
  
• Rotating shift.
  
• Possesses good communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of staffs
