Responsibilities of Team manager:




- Strong passion in recruiting, leading, coaching and nurturing a sales team.


- Able to source and network for new potential candidates, effectively interview candidates, and confident in securing successful hires for your own team.


- Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and recruitment of consultants.


- Setting and tracking individual sales targets with the sales team.


- Coordinating with internal departments on lead generation.


- Conduct ongoing support and training of your salespeople.


- A recognized degree in a relevant field preferred.


- Experienced in recruiting and managing a team would be preferred.


- Strong leadership, people management &
interpersonal skills


- Good understanding of the financial industry regulations &
compliance requirements


- Good financial services, banking sales and insurance sales track records


- Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or banking sales industry in corporate setting preferred.


- Possess relevant accreditation (M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, PGI, BCP)
