Tech Lead

We are seeking a talented experienced and visionary Tech Lead to spearhead the development of our next-generation real estate AI and data analytics products. This role is pivotal in shaping the technological landscape of our company, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and robust solutions for a diverse global user base.

Duties &
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the technology roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and business goals.
  
• Support various stakeholders by proposing and implementing data science models to extract insights
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the tech team.
  
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, coding, and code reviews.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the company's products at the forefront of innovation.
  

Key skills &
qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / data science / information technology / engineering related studies
  
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  
• Proven experience in a tech lead or similar leadership role, preferably in AI, data analytics, or real estate technology
  
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.G., Python, Java, JavaScript)
  
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies and data analytics is a plus
  
• Knowledge of mobile app development (iOS and Android)
  
• Experience with API Development and integration
