Executive Summary

BestFoody is hiring a Product Manager to lead our product expansion in Asia and Greater China.

As a Product Manager at BestFoody, you will be the product leader responsible for developing and executing strategies, redefining design requirements, prioritising features and creating a robust roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with C-level leadership on creating a vision and product roadmap beyond our Beta product
  
• Think from a customer and product principles perspective and tie that customer lens back to a deep design, technical and development space
  
• Track user engagement and respond to feedback to drive continuous improvement of the user experience
  
• Turn abstract and complicated ideas into tangible and user-friendly product design
  
• Mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint goals
  
• Owning end-to-end product development by understanding user pain points, defining product requirements, managing development, design and testing, and launches
  
• Uncovering new product insights by conducting qualitative and quantitative user and market research and staying up-to-date with competitive and technology trends
  
• Leverage testing, data analysis, customer and competitive research, and other insights to identify and validate new opportunities, product market fit and shape your domain’s roadmap
  
• Conduct usability testing to test the effectiveness of design mock-ups and prototypes
  
  

Requirements

• Postgraduate/Tertiary qualification in Design, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design
  
• Experience in Jira and Agile Scrum methodology
  
• Good to have mobile programming skill in Flutter (Dart), Android (Java), iOS (Swift &
  Objective -C) and React-native but not a must
  
• Knowledge of TestFlight, Firebase will be an advantage
  2 years + experience in leading product management or project management experience working with technology teams to launch products
  
• Experience in Mobile Application Development/Cloud Technologies
  
• Experience in developing wireframes, prototypes and storyboards
  
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates experience designing interfaces for digital products
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and Figma
  
• Knowledge of application frameworks, tech architecture
  
• Strong communication, creative thinking and problem-solving
  
• Data fluency and demonstrated data-driven decision making, including product health analytics, goal setting, impact estimation, and storytelling through data (SQL skills and BI proficiency strongly preferred)
  
• Direct experience with large-scale eCommerce platforms, web and native mobile application environments, and working across front-end, back-end, and data/analytics engineering
  
• Tech Savvy:
  You can work with engineers and designers to understand how technical decisions and tradeoffs affect your product and users
  
• Strong Business Acumen:
  Track record of building business cases and gaining buy-in for revenue generating solutions
