The service:




The TAM of APAC will manage a customer support and services account.


As a TAM (Technical Account Director APAC), you will be responsible for all technical &
support aspects of deployment, implementation, and customer success within his territory.


Will provide technical support for customers and support pre-sales and post-sales processes.


Working closely with the sales and technical teams to ensurethe best business results.


Analyzing and resolving customers’ technical issues (SW and HW related – hands-on), remotely and on-site.


Collaborate with R&
D, sales, and product teams to ensure the best technical solutions.


Prepare technical documentation and conduct training sessions for customers.


Generate a periodic report of product/territory performance.


Keep track of critical metrics and provide regular progress reports on the account.




Requirements:




− Degree in Practical / Electronics / Mechanical engineering/ Electrical Engineer


− 2 years of technical customer service experience in a global multidisciplinary company - a must!


− Ability to understand complex technology and explain it.


− High level of English &
other local languages (an advantage).


− Medical devices, service, and support – an advantage.


− Frontal Training experience


− Great communication and presentation skills –in English and other local languages (an advantage).


− Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.


− Team player with a “positive” attitude


− MS office knowledge, ERP platform an advantage


− Willig to travel abroad from time to time as necessary.
