Technical Expert Trainee

Along with the rapid development in No deviation’s technical capabilities, we are recruiting a Technical Expert Trainee from both internal and external talent pools. This role will work closely with the Technical Director on high value consulting projects across the areas of process engineering, C&
Q, validation, sterilityassurance, quality &
compliance, regulatory and training. Our objectives for defining this new role are to develop the future technical expert and strategic leader. The Trainee will gain the potential and opportunities to grow in various fields. The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about the life science industry, eager to acquire new knowledge, and equipped with good process understanding and quality mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

- Work closely with and support the Technical Director on high-level consulting projects.

- Project assignments on strategic projects. Such projects could include C&
Q, validation, quality system establishment, automation, and process engineering.

Department Operations:

- Support Technical Director in the management and coordination of Department activities, inclusive of Technical Council meetings, technical library establishment and sharing, and management of training systems.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to provide or receive required inputs. Such stakeholders could include Finance, Operation, Business Development, Nd project teams and Management.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Engineering, Science or other relevant fields. Postgraduate degree is preferable.

- Relevant experiences in the Life Science industry.

- Open-minded and eager to learn.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and international environment.

- Willingness to travel.
