Technical Manager/ Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the clients.
  
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and/ or engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
  
• Conduct site surveys and assessments.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  
• Follow up maintenance contract and ensure work completion on time.
  
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  
• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in DC system or UPS industry.
  
• Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
