Project Planning and Management:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to manage expectations.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for project team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and ensure that milestones are met on time.


Project Execution:

  • Execute the project according to the project plan.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.


Team Management:

  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Facilitate communication within the project team and between the team and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.


Risk Management:

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, problems, and solutions.


Quality Management:

  • Ensure that all deliverables are up to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct project reviews and create recommendations to improve project management processes.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on project documentation.


Resource Management:

  • Manage project resource availability and allocation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.


Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven working experience as a Technical Project Manager in the Information Technology sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in telecommunication, software development and web technologies.
  • Experience in managing projects related to telecommunication, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or IoT.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific project coordination tools and software.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
