Technical Sales Administrator

Job Scope:

- Order entry of Purchase Order and informs planner that new orders are up in QAD – Mfg/Pro system to prepare for production materials and forecast shortages.

- Co-ordinate with factory to support customer’s delivery with designated Lead time.

- System pricing maintenance.

- Preparation of Commercial Invoice and Packing List, Delivery Order and Tax Invoice.

- Shipping arrangement to assigned forwarders for collection of goods.

- To provide customer service support to inquiries both local and overseas.

- Assist in the preparation of Official Quotation before submission to customer.

Trait, Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma in engineering related field

- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience

- Experience working in Electronics Manufacturing Industry understand spec of PCBA/ Wireharnessing/ Electronic Components
