Evaluate and develop strategies to target new markets and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer delivery.
Conduct market research and provide feedback to the Sales Director.
Confidently drive product presentations and market penetration.
Actively seek new customers with a hunter mentality.
Offer pre and post-sales technical solutions for electrical products.
Organize internal training sessions for the sales team.
Conduct technical training and seminars at customer sites.
Assist the regional sales team with technical knowledge.
Prepare technical manuals and demo kits as needed.
Respond promptly to technical inquiries from the sales team and customers.
Stay informed about new product launches and acquire relevant technical knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of technical support experience with knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product
