Job Scope of Mechanic (Lorry &
Heavy Machinery)

1. Maintenance and Repair:
   Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing of lorries and heavy machinery.
   Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
   Replace defective parts and components.
   
   
2. Inspection and Testing:
   Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot problems.
   Perform diagnostic tests to ensure proper functionality.
   
   
3. Safety Compliance:
   Ensure all repairs and maintenance are conducted following safety standards.
   Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.
   
   
4. Record Keeping:
   Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
   Log service reports and inspection results.
   
   
5. Technical Expertise:
   Stay updated with advancements in lorry and heavy machinery technology. Use diagnostic tools and equipment proficiently.
   
   

Job Scope of Technician (ACMV, AHU)

1. Maintenance and Servicing:
   Perform routine maintenance on Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems and Air Handling Units (AHU).
   Clean and replace filters, coils, and other components.
   
   
2. Troubleshooting and Repair:
   Diagnose issues and conduct repairs on ACMV and AHU systems.
   Identify and replace faulty components.
   
   
3. Installation and Commissioning:
   Install new ACMV and AHU systems according to specifications.
   Commission systems to ensure they operate correctly.
   
   
4. System Monitoring:
   Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation.
   Adjust settings and controls to optimize performance.
   
   
5. Compliance and Safety:
   Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
   Maintain a safe working environment.
   
   
6. Documentation:
   Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
   Prepare and submit service reports.
   
   
7. Technical Skills:
   Stay updated with new technologies and techniques in ACMV and AHU systems.
   Use diagnostic tools and equipment proficiently.
   
   

Job Requirement:

• Knowledge &
  hands-on experience as technician for Lorry/Heavy Machinery OR ACMV-AHU is a must
