Job Scope

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in conformance to operational standards to ensure smooth operation of production machines and equipment
  
• Respond to all machine and equipment faults promptly and assist engineer in troubleshooting/repairing work
  
• Assist Engineer to contact approved vendors and contractors for machine/ equipment, spare parts and facility equipment for repair works and ensure that they are properly done and verified
  
• Assist engineer to perform trial run on new product requirements based on customer requirements
  
• Update spare parts inventory and inform engineer when inventory run low
  
• Identify potential improvement initiatives
  
• Assist Engineer to update documents for machine maintenance
  
• Perform safety, housekeeping and 5S
  

Requirement

• NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fields and above
  
• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
