What is expected from this role?

• Understand the profile of our clients and their operating environment
  
• Clarify the IT hiring requirements with our clients to come to a common understanding
  
• Creatively search &
  engage with potential candidates
  
• Be a coach to potential candidates by consultatively understanding their matching skills, capabilities and aspirations
  
• Profile the shortlisted candidates to clients
  
• Facilitate the interview process for clients to hire the right candidates
  
• Sincerely ensuring a win-win situation for clients, candidates and community by coaching them in the direction of having a meaningful career.
  

Who shall be the best fit?

• Excellent communication &
  inter-personal skills, result-orientation, attention to details and passion for continuous learning are needed.
  
• Aptitude for learning new technology tools/products.
  
• Ability to work towards achieving monthly goals.
  
• Minimum 1-3 years of past experience in recruitment or talent acquisition or sales/business development or executive search of HR or relationship management or customer service roles.
  
• CEI holder is an advantage but not a must
  
• Fresh graduates or returning parents with an aspiration to grow career in technology recruitment are welcomed.
