Tele-Acquisition Specialist - Part-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tele-Acquisition Specialist. As a Tele-Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales appointments or recruitment interviews over the phone. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers/interviewees from provided leads.
• Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest to secure sales appointments or recruitment interviews.
• Follow-up with leads and maintain customer/interviewee relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales/recruitment targets and quotas.
• Document and update customer records in the database.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
