Temporary Patient Service Officer (6 months)

Location:
Republic Plaza Raffles place / Novena Radiology
Salary :
$10 -12/hr
Office Hours 5 / 5.5 days

Responsibilities:

- Perform frontline operations that include registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties.
- Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
- Proper maintenance of patients records and keeping count of drug inventory.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
- Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
- Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating &
compiling patient management indicators.

- Training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Levels
- Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
- Detail and service-oriented.
- Comfortable with working independently or in a team with a fast-paced environment.
