Temp Customer Care Executive - 1 Year Contract / Central

Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Temp Customer Care Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our client, offering electricity plans and assisting with required services, while effectively engaging key stakeholders.
  
• Meet monthly performance goals and handle administrative tasks.
  
• Stay updated on market trends and identify opportunities and challenges.
  
• Support new projects and initiatives, and establish customer service quality benchmarks.
  
• Respond to inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
  
• Experience in B2C sales and customer relationship management, including cold calling.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and other customer service management tools is advantageous.
