Bishan MRT station and Marymount MRT station. (Training will be at Raffles Place)
General Job Scope:
1. Perform phone call to members with outstanding membership payment. To utilize existing benefits as a pitch to retain members
2. Advise on general membership benefit/payment enquiries
3. Prepare and update daily progress report on number of members engaged and recurring payment set up.
4. Assist to disburse token for members that head down physically to set up recurring payment arrangement and obtain acknowledgement.
Contract Period:
June to September 2024 (extendable)
Qualifications Required:

o Comfortable with physical and digital interactions to set up recurring payment arrangement
o Be patient and service oriented. Prior customer service experience is a bonus
o Able to work independently and self-motivated
