$11.50 per hour

· Able to commit immediately till end August 2024 (Subject to monthly extension)

· Mon - Fri Office Hours (No work is required on weekends and PH)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers on their enquiries on schemes and services of the company
  
• NO SALES INVOLVED
  
• Training will be provided
  

Requirements:

• GCE ”O” Level and above
  
• Prior Customer Service experience
  
• Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
  
• Excellent team player who is task-orientated
  
• Possess Good Customer Service Skills
