Job scope:

✨ Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails

✨ Prepare effectively and accurately requests

✨ Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements

✨ Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

✨ Comfortable in a high stress level environment

✨ Comfortable with high call volumes

✨ Relevant working experience will be advantageous
