Temp Marcom Assistant (Central / 5 Days / Office Hours)

Cover Maternity leave (3 months contract)

Job Description

• Support marketing team in developing, planning and mainly execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (Includes both online and offline) for new customers acquisition to attain sales, conversion and engagement KPIs
  
• Conceptualize new and innovation campaign concepts and ideas that engage instill interest and purchase compulsion, if required.
  
• Work with appointed agencies and internal stakeholders to achieve and deliver key deliverable and KPIs based on conversion, profitability and engagement
  
• Perform Mall’s organization loyalty program platform training (Voucher Acceptance, Eats, Flash Sales, etc) to tenants
  
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive marketing efforts and meet deadlines
  
• Provide the marketing team with administrative, logistical and ad-hoc projects support
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing/PR/Mass Communications or any relevant discipline.
  
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative role in a marketing team, retail mall A&
  P and/or tenant engagement program.
  
• Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
