Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
Provide relevant service information to callers
Ensure general maintenance of work station.
Assists in clinic operations duties in registration, billing and appointments.
Provides admin support in data entry and preparing reports.

Conversion possible based on performance and manpower requirements
