  • Mon Sun (weekly roster), 5 day work week

    11am to 8pm, or 12pm to 9pm

• Salary Range:

  • Incentive:
    Paid for every successful sales submission:

    $15
    
  • Mobile GA:
    $5 (excluding Mobileshare)
    
  • OT pay given if required to work beyond 44 hours
    
  • No allowances or bonus
    
  • Can claim travel expenses on reimbursement basis, if required to travel during office hours
    
  
  
  

Job Description

• 
  
• Be the representative of the organisation to meet with resident
  
• Engage and interact with customers face to face
  
• Arrive at sales events / Tengah BSC on time to engage with customers
  
• Deliver given sales targets
  
• Liaise with customers on Service signed related products
  
• Liaise with sales support on any order or customers issue
  
• Educate accurately and convincingly to customers on the organisation's product
  
• Able to give advice to customers on customers needs on the organisation's services like installation for Fibre.
  
• Managed customers expectation for the service and installation
  
• Provide accurate and correct information for customers to compare our service with other Telecos.
  
• Provide excellent follow up with customer on any enquiry
  
• Follow duty roster
  
• Attend sales meeting / training for the latest promotion.
  
• Able to learn and provide excellent sales services in various sales environment. (Road Show / Tengah)
  

Job Requirements

• 
  
• Min. GCE O Levels.
  
• Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  
• Good command of spoken and written English.
  
• Meticulous and independent with good coordination skills.
  
• Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
  
• Must be full vaccinated.
  
• Able to work on weekends, for events/outreach and able to commute to various locations for events/outreach.
