REPAIR AND SERVICE OF DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES IN FEFRIGERATORS WASHING MACHINES, TV, MICROWAVE OVEN AND ROOM AIR-CONDITIONERS, EXCEPT AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT

TRAINEE / SERVICE TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be willing to hands on, Home Appliances Repair. On site repair at customer residential home. Training Period 4-8 weeks
  
• Provide onsite field service technical support Island wide.
  
• Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
  
• Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
  
• Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
  
• Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
  
• Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
  
• Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
  
• Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. – Fridge, Microwave, washing machine etc.

• Working Location in the West – Toh Guan Road. Near Jurong East MRT
  
• 5.5 days
  
• Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm/ Every Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
  
• Working and reports to Supervisor
  
• CLASS 3 LICENSE - Company van provided can drive home after probation
  
• Salary range between $2600 - $3000 with 1month AWS
  
• Trainee Technican Salary $2800, After probation $3000
