• Permanent position and base in Singapore, northeast area.

  M &
  Tunnel boremachine [TBM] experience in Tunnelling projects
  
• Preferred to have extensive experience in operation &
  maintenance of various TBM guidance system and data acquisition system (Robotec, ENZAN, VMT, etc.) and various backfill grout plant and system integrated to TBM.
  
• Candidate with experience in TBM [Tunnel Boring Machine] manufacturer/ supplier are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• In-charge of planning, overseeing the TBM assembly, TBM testing and commissioning, SAT and TBM dismantling.
  
• Responsible for overall maintenance and operation of Plant and Equipment for Tunnelling including TBM
  
• Fully responsible for the management of E &
  M works in tunnelling and analysis of tunnelling work progress and timely progress reporting.
  
• Managing and operating the EPB TBM’s, planning logistics and managing Plant team.
  
• Oversee compressed air works for Cutterhead Intervention
  
• Oversee mechanical activities, maintenance, testing and commissioning of TBM &
  plant equipment/ machineries.
  
• Review TBM design and plan Tunnel Equipment Compatible to TBM.
  
• Responsible for TBM assembly and dismantling operations and coordinate between TBM manufacturer and contractors to ensure works are carried in compliance with Project Safety Plan
  
• Manage and lead a team [ Mechanical and Electrical] to ensure maintenance of TBM, Plant and Equipment for timely submission of maintenance records to Tunnel Manager.
  
• Evaluate and review TBM and other plant downtime and breakdowns to minimise delay to Tunnelling operations.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant engineering discipline
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing tunnelling E&
  M works and TBM tunnelling works &
  operations for large scale infrastructure projects.
