REQUIREMENTS

As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure that our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

· Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.

· Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.

· Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

· Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

· Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.

· Develop and maintain a UI component library.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

- At least 4-5 years of experience in UI design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

It’d be great if you have:

- Experience in the financial sector.

- Extensive experience with user research and usability testing.

- In-depth knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
