You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, leading supplier of advanced interconnect systems, sensors and antennas for a growing array of automotive applications, as aTemp Finance Executive!

Temp Finance Executive

Duration:
Immediate 2 months

Location:
walking distance from Taiseng MRT

Working hours:
Mon Fri, 9am 6pm

Salary:
Up to $4000

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• 
  
• Process and review invoices for accuracy and approval.
  
• Match purchase orders with invoices and ensure documentation.
  
• Execute payment runs for timely vendor payments.
  
• Reconcile AP ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Maintain vendor records and relationships.
  

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• 
  
• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices.
  
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  
• Reconcile AR ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Handle billing inquiries and manage customer relationships.
  
• Prepare AR aging reports for management.
  

Cross Business Unit (BU) Cost Charges:

• 
  
• Handle cost allocations for 20 business units globally.
  
• Conversion of currencies
  
• Ensure documentation and approval for cost allocations.
  
• Prepare intercompany invoices and ensure settlements.
  
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Collaborate for accurate cost tracking and reporting.
  

GST Reporting

• 
  
• Review and verify GST-related transactions.
  
• Prepare and file GST returns.
  
• Reconcile GST accounts with financial records.
  
• Prepare and submit the application for the Major Exporter Scheme (MES) to the relevant tax authority.
  
• Reconcile export sales with accounting records and GST submissions.
  

• 
  
• Using QAD Accounting software system
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Must have done Cross BU cost charges before
  
• Prior experience in using any accounting software (Eg. MYOB, ERP, SAP, QuickBooks etc)will be advantageous
