Urgent Role Sales Coordinator (Shipping Docs) ($3, 000 To $3, 500) Nja

Job scope:

• Responsible for the sales support in the sales office
  
• Handle sales enquiries and follow up with the customer Prepare quotation and negotiation
  
• Monitor and arrange delivery with forwarder
  
• Issue shipping documents for outgoing shipment to countries like ASEAN countries
  
• Order processing through SAP System (material management and sales &
  distribution module)
  
• Monitor payment by customer with Finance and customer credit limit
  
• Monitor the stock level.
  
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
  
• Stock ordering with Regional President and Managing Director to the factories
  

Key Performance Indicators

• Timely administration of day-to-day activities
  
• Accurate reports and statistical database
  
• Quality customer servicing and enquiries and complaints handling
  

Decision-Making

• Response to enquiries and complaints
  
• Liaising with the Manager in charge on sales orders
  

Requirement:

• Preferably a Diploma with min. 3 years of hands on experience in customer service.
  
• Possess good writing skills and good command of English.
  
• Proficient in MS office application.
  
• Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of letter of credit is an added advantage.
