Our client operates as a real estate developer which offers residential properties and mixed development projects in Singapore. The Company is currently looking for someone who is interested to join its team as a Valuation Officer / Senior Valuer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore
- Carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Involved in business development to generate new business for the department
- Provide valuation, research and advisory services for a variety of statutory boards, MNCs, banks and financial institutions, legal firms, agencies, and real estate developers
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma / Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
- Daily on-site inspection is required
- Licensed Appraiser will be an added advantage
- Training will be provided for junior entry
