Vice President Of Content

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Content to lead our Content team and will report to Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our platform and building high-performing content team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience;

- Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Product, Sales) to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business objectives;

- Supervise and review the work of content creators, content partners to produce high-quality and engaging content;

- Ensure compliance with the Company polices and internal guidelines related to content;

- Monitor and analyse the performance of content using relevant metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.);

- Monitor and analyse the Indian consumer interests in content;

- Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve performance continuously;

- Oversee the content count and ensure timely delivery of content across various apps;

- Regularly assess the performance of content team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance;
and

- Conduct performance reviews and set clear performance goals to enhance team members' development.

Requirements

- Degree holder;

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in producing content, content analysis, content strategy and management ;

- Proficiency in using analytics tools for content performance analysis;

- Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations;

- Contents are in English and Hindi, proficiency in English and Hindi is essential;

- Current users are mainly Indian and candidate is required to have a knowledge on Indian consumer interests in content;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Proactive,Meticulous, Creative;

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance;

- Good time-management skills;

- Ability to multi-task.
