Your responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist VIP guests during their visits.
- Address and resolve queries and complaints promptly.
- Oversee daily Concierge operations, ensuring all standards are maintained.
- Maintain and enhance high service standards with a strong focus on customer service.
- Support the Event Management team with regular curated events.
- Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for members at the clubhouse.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
