Your responsibilities include:


  • Welcome and assist VIP guests during their visits.
  • Address and resolve queries and complaints promptly.
  • Oversee daily Concierge operations, ensuring all standards are maintained.
  • Maintain and enhance high service standards with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Support the Event Management team with regular curated events.
  • Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for members at the clubhouse.
