- Assist the business and project team in managing and completing project milestones.
- Keep the business and project team informed about project issues, matters, and resolutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the business delivery lead, senior members of the Investment Services team, and the project manager to engage key system SMEs, understand system behaviors, and translate gathered information into future models and processes.
- Help consolidate business requirements and carry out the corresponding business analysis to ensure all needs are captured and addressed.
- Review data migration and function scope documents against business requirement documents to ensure proper coverage.
- Map and integrate UAT test plans for various systems.
- Review and present UAT test cases for review and sign-off by the business delivery lead and process owner.
- Support the UAT execution, review UAT report formats and delivery, and work with Investment Services users and the project team to report and resolve issues, ensuring quality and standard completion.
- Collaborate with other project team members to ensure the coverage of Investment Services functions and report lifecycle, addressing any gaps.
- Work with other project team members to integrate reports and data information into the revised Standard Operating Procedure.
- Participate in system demonstrations and training for Investment Services operational users, focusing on report/file-related features.
- Work with the business delivery lead to drive key change management outcomes, including governance and controls, process integration across ILP products, and user training.
- Support pre-production activities, Day One post-implementation, and Day Two lifecycle management.
- Candidate with minimum 10 years' experience in the insurance industry covering Investment Operations/Services functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel preferably with macros or VBA knowledge
