As IT Risk Manager, you will be sat in the Technology responsible for all IT risks in the department. You will work with IT risk owners to ensure suitable controls are in place, effective and managed. You will be the department’s point person for IT Audits and Governance matters, and support with responses to audits, inspection and queries from auditors and the regulator.

You will ensure that all audit, compliance and governance matters are managed effectively to reduce risks. Your work will include writing and implementing policies, processes and procedures for Technology to ensure internal policies are followed and regulatory requirements and standards are met. You will be a risk SME advising stakeholders in Technology on IT risk matters and will work closely with colleagues in the second and third lines.

Your Role:

IT Risk Policies, Procedures and Processes

· Formulate, develop, implement and test policies, processes and procedures for IT and cyber risk

· Advise senior management on IT risk matters, including changes to regulatory guidelines and notices

· Promote IT Risk awareness within Technology

· Assess controls, identify and close any gaps with regulations (eg TRM, Cyber Hygiene etc)

· Work with Risk and Security to further improve policies and processes to mitigate risks

· Communicate and provide guidance of new IT policies and standards to relevant stakeholders.

IT Audit Management

· Manage IT audits, regulatory inspections.

· Review audit findings and provide solutions for closure.

Requirements:

· 8+ years of experience in technology audit, risk or controls.

· Knowledge of NIST framework, MAS TRM Guidelines, MAS Cyber Hygiene, ISO 27001 standard

· Experience in facing external auditors and MAS

· Strong writing, communication and inter‐personal skills

· Ability to thoroughly and accurately review IT policies, process and audit responses.

Salary Guide:

· Base salary of $9kpm-$12kpm, depending on experience
