(W) Chemical Production Manager @ Jurong Island

Key Duties:

1. Fine-tune resource allocation and monitor production metrics.
   
2. Introduce procedural refinements to amplify output and curtail wastage.
   
3. Spearhead continuous enhancement endeavors within the production domain.
   
4. Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and health standards.
   
5. Supervise ECR reduction and closure protocols.
   
6. Uphold adherence to MS Control systems, SOPs, and statutory requisites.
   
7. Strategize and oversee production material requisites.
   
8. Enforce SOPs governing production methodologies.
   
9. Liaise with external suppliers, headquarters personnel, and cross-functional departments.
   
10. Oversee the transplantation of new products and manage procedural transitions.
    
11. Conduct coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to personnel.
    
12. Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics.
    
13. Initiate and facilitate staff enrichment initiatives and training programs.
    

Entry Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Experience:
  Minimum of 8 years within the chemical manufacturing domain, including at least 5 years in a commensurate managerial role.
  
• Certification:
  Proficiency in ISO certification procedures.
  
• Skills:
  Robust proficiency in chemical plant management, familiarity with ESH regulations, and adeptness with MS Office suite.
