Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery schedules, pricing, and execution of customer purchase orders in alignment with agreements while taking ownership of allocated Inside Sales tasks related to customer accounts.
  
• Communicate effectively within the organization regarding customer-required specifications, drawings, and documentation, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and requirements to tailor solutions accordingly.
  
• Generate accurate and competitive quotations based on customer specifications and requests, coordinating with relevant departments for smooth order processing.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Knowledge of ERP/Oracle systems such as order processing and issuance of POs.
  
• Familiarity with Excel, Office, and experience with ERP/Oracle systems.
