Warehouse Associate (Semicon/Driver/Instrument Product)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Warehouse Executive in smooth warehouse operations using ERP system.
  
• Handle incoming/outgoing goods and inventory.
  
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and security.
  
• Assist in issuing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
  
• In absence of a colleague, backup as a driver.
  
• Transport equipment and goods safely and courteously.
  
• Maintain company trucks in a good condition and conduct inspections.
  
• Ensure compliance with driving rules and regulations.
  
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
  
• Assist in producing inventory reports and statistics.
  
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Levels qualification.
  
• At least 3 years working experience in inventory control and warehouse operation.
  
• Has prior knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
  
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
