Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations strategically.
  
• Ensure process compliance to meet customer expectations and KPIs.
  
• Oversee P&
  L performance, managing expenditures within budgets.
  
• Define operational requirements and implement new strategies and technologies.
  
• Engage with customers on commercial and operational matters, including contract renewals.
  
• Enforce security and safety measures in the warehouse.
  
• Monitor budgetary control and resource allocation for optimal utilization.
  
• Seek improvement opportunities to streamline processes and exceed service targets.
  
• Foster a team culture that encourages best practice sharing and staff feedback.
  
• Provide on-the-job training to enhance staff performance and productivity.
  
• Ensure stock inventory accuracy and maintain updated records.
  
• Maintain storage and office areas.
  
• Hold accountability for quality PPM and drive yearly CIP commitments.
  
• Handle other business-related matters as required.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
  
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in the relevant field.
  
• Proven experience managing over 100 employees.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA).
  
• Skilled in using and creating operations dashboards (e.G., Power BI, Tableau) for improvement.
