  Up to SGD 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
  
• Main coordinator between Warehouse &
  Sales Coordinator from the print &
  issue of DO to Warehouse for Picking &
  Packing.
  
• Consolidate &
  check all signed DOs for the previous Day Deliveries, and submit them to Finance.
  
• Support in month-end stock take and stock replenishment.
  
• Receive daily orders from sales coordinators and sorted according to delivery dates &
  delivery teams.
  
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper arrangement and inventory accuracy.
  
• Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and updates.
  
• Report and manage discrepancies in inventory.
  
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office
  
• Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus
