Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing and coordinating operational activities. The operations Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and delegating job tasks to operational staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining 5S standards in the workplace, and overseeing the execution of work flow processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics industry and possess relevant licenses approved by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Your Role

• Schedule and delegate job tasks to operational staff.
  
• Ensure compliance with standards in the workplace.
  
• Ensure safety compliance and practice in accordance with MOM mandatory requirements.
  
• Ensure all pre-ops materials handling equipment (MHE) checklists are executed accordingly by the operational staff.
  
• Ensure all workflow processes are executed in accordance with work instructions (WI) compliance.
  
• Assist the operations supervisor in in-house training.
  
• Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM).
  

Your Background

• GCE N Level / SPM.
  
• First Team Lead, Supervisor Experience
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
  
• Possess a forklift license approved by MOM (preferred heavy forklift license).
  
• Possess a Work-At-Height (WAH) worker and supervisor license approved by MOM (preferred).
  
• Possess a Signal-Man and Rigger license approved by MOM (preferred).
  
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  
• Can-do attitude with a positive mindset.
  
• Strong ability to schedule and plan job tasks based on priority.
  
• Effective problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent team player.
  
• Willingness to perform other adhoc tasks delegated by immediate superior.
