West 1 Year Contract Hr Assistant (Employee Engagement/ Up To $3000/ Healthcare) Hlwt

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and manage staff facilities, for example, Staff Lounge, Gym and other staff recreational facilities
  
• Support the team to drive Employee Engagement programmes including employee engagement survey, pulse survey, action and improvement plans.
  
• Support the team in Employee Engagement Events
  
• Keen on running events, comfortable with coordination leading up to events (liaising with fellow staff, vendors, creation of EDM/social media) and actual event day activities
  
• Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives of HR.
  
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes
  
• Provide administrative support
  
• Support in events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  
• Able to commit for a year
  
• Start within short notice
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
