job description
1. Plan and execute safety message communications and dissemination.
2. Perform safety inspections on work environment, persons-at-work, machine, tools, equipment and personal protective equipment on its safety aspect and compliance.
3. Ensure safety polices and standards are being maintained and employees are abiding by workplace safety rules and safe work practices.
4. Conduct safety inspections on planned schedule to check on production activities are carried out in accordance to safety management and in compliance with WSH regulations.
5. Conduct daily site walk, routine inspection, prepare inspection report / checklist and ensure proper documentation are recorded for future reference and its required follow-up actions.
6. Investigate of any workplace accident and identification of roots causes and implementation of the necessary corrective and preventive measures.
7. Enforce and correct on unsafe acts and conditions and conduct effect communications to workers.
8. Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with in-house rules and regulations.
9. Intervene in unsafe activities or operations and follow-up with control measures.
10. Perform other works related to EHS and take instructions timely from direct Superior.
