Our client is looking for a reliable Aircon Technician whom is polite and prompt with a commitment who is concerned with customer Commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to working safety and passionate about satisfing clients.




Job Responsibilities


In-house Book Keeping and Accounting:


- Manage billings &
Accounts Receivable


- Preparation of invoice using Xero accounting system.


- Verify and process staff claims, supplier payment, Accounts Payable


- Submission of accounts payable in bank.


- Bank reconciliation via Xero accounting system


- Work with external accountant to ensure monthly closing process.


- Compile documents for external accountant


- Ensure orderly filing of the documents


- Follow-up and managing Purchase Order


- Sending out of monthly Statement of Accounts


- Follow-up with client for outstanding payment




General Admin:


- Attend to walk-in and phone calls enquiries.


- Registration and renewal of passes and courses


- Assist in job posting and interview arrangement.


- Renew and monitor company/ motor insurance


- Ensure all vehicle insurance, inspections, tax renewed on time


- Manage vehicle cashcard, fines, etc


- Apply for and monitor company claims and grants


- Manage work pass application.


- Office infrastructure matters (phone, wifi, repairs etc), if any




Requirements:


- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel applications


- Good communication and interpersonal skills


- Experience with Xero accounting system or similar is a plus.


- Hands-on and a positive attitude


- Meticulous and able to work independently.
