Our client is a B2B integrated marketing agency with a strong focus on digital, integrated marketing and creative campaigns for their primarily B2B technology clients. They are current recruiting for an Account Manager in the Singapore office.




Responsibilities of the Account Manager


  • Providing high quality client servicing and recommendations;
    managing the relationships and projects closely with a growth mindset on how to grow the accounts. The clients are all within the B2B technology space.
  • Overseeing projects from end to end as key client liaison point
  • Reviewing client feedback and ensuring client needs are met
  • Mentor junior staff to offer excellent advice and communication with clients
  • Driving opportunities by developing internal marketing offering and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Being involved in client pitches and growing client base and project scale
  • Keeping on top of industry trends and market information within the B2B technology space


Requirements for the Account Manager


  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience within a creative or integrated or digital marketing agency or in-house;
    directly handling and leading client accounts or stakeholders
  • Experience handling B2B clients is beneficial but not essential
  • Able to work with and mentor a team, as well as individually
