Account Assistant




Responsibilites :


  • Handle all AR (Accounts Receivable) activities among entities
  • Follow up with outstanding payments
  • Prepare invoices, Sales Order &
    Purchase Order
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation and regular reports submission
  • Monthly budget &
    forecast on purchase items
  • Monitor monthly cash flow
  • Assistant to Accounts Supervisor
  • Adhoc admin duties as per assigned


Requirements :


  • 1-2 years experience in accounting, admin, environment
  • "

    /"
    A"
    /Nitec in office skills or business related disciplines
  • New entry without experience who possess the drive to excel are welcome
  • Good communication skill and full of initiative in work assigned
  • Good team contributor, multi-tasker, hardworking, independent under minimum supervision
  • Computer literate in MS Office, Google Outlook, etc...
  • Bilingual in verbal languages to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders in view of business communications
  • Comfortable to work in SME environment
