Job Title:
Accountant

Salary:
$4,000 to $4,500 (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare full sets of accounts for the Group of companies and related entities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly financial statements, intercompany balances, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
   
2. Perform consolidation for 2 group of companies on a quarterly basis.
   
3. Prepare and reconcile quarterly GST Submission with the financial system.
   
4. Manage Corporate Tax matters
   
5. Collaborate with the Company secretary to ensure compliance with local regulations.
   
6. Oversee and ensure the proper and accurate entry of accounting transactions in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) by the accounts executive on a timely basis.
   
7. Perform ad hoc financial duties as assigned.
   

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
   
2. At least 3 years of full sets experience in the Food &
   Beverages Industries.
   
3. Good working knowledge of accounting principles.
   
4. Hands-on experience with accounting systems.
   
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
   
6. Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills.
   
7. Meticulous and ability to work under pressure.
   

Note:
Candidates must be hands-on and possess a strong background in accounting, specifically in the Food &
Beverages Industries. The ability to handle diverse responsibilities, including corporate tax matters and compliance with local regulations, is crucial. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
