Accounts Executive
job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day financial control, accounting and reporting functions in compliance with approved accounting regulations, standards and practices.
- Responsible for preparing financial and management reports.
- Able to handle full set of accounts and monthly / yearly closing.
- Able to handle GST and corporate tax matters
- Liaise with auditors.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Experience in handling full set of accounts
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in construction/real estate industry is a plus
- Self motivated, results oriented and multi-task
- Familiar with Accpac Accounting software preferred
- Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent &
organized, team player,with initiative &
resourceful
- Great working attitude and being able to work well in a team
- Good Communication skill
