Job Scope




Admin (HR)


  • using EP eservices (incl. SAT)
  • Submission and making payment of CPF, personal income tax
  • Assistance in monthly payroll processing


Admin


  • Answering phone calls
  • General admin work
  • Filing and organizing
  • Assistance customers in completing necessary processes


Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor




Skills Required


  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 ( Incl. Excel and Word), PDF
  • With basis HR knowledge
  • Able to handle messaging in English and Chinese, need to deal with Chinese clients
  • Responsible and organized
  • Able to work independently and efficiency
