Administrative Accounts Executive
job description
- Maintain Full set of Accounts
- Reconciliation of sales invoices and monthly Statement of Accounts
- Manage Petty Cash and record/ update records accordingly
- Prepare monthly &
yearly report (P&
L, B/S schedule)
- Manage and facilitate staff related matters, such as attendance, accommodation related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll, etc.
- Handle corporate taxation matters, company grants, government surveys etc.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and service providers for AP/AR matters
- Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed and well-maintained
- Generate invoices/exchange note for daily sales/suppliers/vendors and refund documents
- Inventory management, manage and maintain record of site office’s assests, including acquisition and disposal etc.
- Liaise with auditors in their queries during financial year reporting
- Other administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, preparing quotations, restock of goods from supplier, staff schedule, application/ renewal of work passes etc.
Requirements:
- proficient in MS Office ie. Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- able to handle full set of accounts with MYOB and/or AUTOCOUNT and Excel
- must be able to work independently, be resourceful and take initiative
- well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
- preferable to start work immediately or within short notice
- may need to be stationed at site office periodically depending on project requirements
