Chateraise Premium YATSUDOKI is looking for Assistant Pastry Chef* (Patisserie)
- Decorate and bake pastries using different icings, toppings - ensure the presentation is consistent and beautiful
- Ensure all cake case and bake case are fully stocked at all times
- maintain standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation, scheduling and decoration
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Perform day-to-day kitchen activities efficiently
- Assist in shop operation duties such as cashiering, customer service, topping up etc
- Opening and closing of outlet
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Passion for pastries with exceptional service standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
- Positive attitude, responsible and willingness to work as part of a team
- Willing to learn and is teachable
- Have the initiative to solve problems and raise awareness to any future and possible issues with the workplace, colleagues or work flow
- 5 days work week, 44hours/day, shift work up to 10.30pm, including weekends and PH
