Assistant Finance Manager

Position Summary:

Reporting to:

Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of Group Accounts &
  Payroll
  
• Record intercompany billing and related parties transactions
  
• Check and verify outlets petty cash and personal claims
  
• Coach daily operation in finance team.
  
• Oversee the purchasing functions by coordinating with operations team
  
• Monitor monthly inventory adjustments and COGS usage
  
• Review, monitor and arrange payments
  
• Handle fixed assets transactions and prepare fixed asset schedules
  
• Register monthly prepayment, accrual and prepare necessary journals adjustments
  
• Update audit schedule and handle the audit and tax queries
  
• Prepare weekly sales report and cashflow
  
• Prepare monthly Profit &
  Loss (P&
  L), Balance Sheet (BS), Cashflow, Forecasts and Budgeting for entities.
  
• Prepare monthly ad-hoc report as per Management request
  
• Prepare Quarterly GST submission
  
• Work closely with various business units and solve the key issues to ensure the timely reporting
  
• Coordinate with teams by assisting manager and supervise juniors to meet management reporting deadlines
  
• Ad hoc task – requested by management for all entities
  

Requirements:

• 3-year related experience
  
• Highly motivated, pro-active &
  resourceful
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
  Proven ability to buildstrong, positive relationships &
  influence all levels inthe organization.
  
• Able to multitask and work well with ambiguity
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
