Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for handling RFQ/ RFP and tender management.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships.
  • Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery and payment.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Manage and control procurement budgets and expenses.
  • Generate reports and analysis on procurement KPIs and performance.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in tender management, RFQ or RFP.
